Advertising & Partner Disclosure
Effective July 14, 2026
Who we are
The Injury Brief is a consumer information and legal advertising publication. It is not a law firm, does not employ lawyers to advise consumers, and does not determine whether someone has a valid claim or what a claim may be worth.
Current prelaunch status
The current Site is informational only. It does not accept case submissions, connect consumer calls, or receive compensation for consumer inquiries submitted through the Site.
How future compensation may work
Some future pages may constitute paid legal advertising. The Injury Brief may receive compensation from independent participating law firms or legal advertising partners when a consumer calls, is connected, submits information, meets partner-defined criteria, or takes another described action.
That financial relationship may affect which claim categories, advertisements, partners, or calls to action appear. It will not guarantee that a consumer has a claim, that a lawyer will accept a matter, or that any result will occur. A future connection may first be handled by an intake or call-routing partner rather than directly by a law firm; the relevant role should be disclosed near the call or submission option.
Your choice of lawyer
Advertising or a connection is not a recommendation that a particular lawyer is the best or only lawyer for you. Participating firms are independent of The Injury Brief. You are free to contact another lawyer and should assess any lawyer's licensing, experience, disciplinary history, fees, and suitability. Representation begins only through an engagement agreement with a lawyer.
No promised results
Past outcomes, examples, allegations, or advertised recoveries do not guarantee a similar result. Every potential matter depends on its facts, governing law, deadlines, evidence, and the independent judgment of a licensed lawyer.
Illustrative and AI-generated media
Some future Site or advertising images, voices, presenters, or scenes may be computer-generated, synthetic, dramatized, or illustrative. Unless expressly identified otherwise, they do not depict actual claimants, clients, attorneys, doctors, events, or results. Synthetic presenters will be identified within or near the relevant media—not only on this page.
No institutional affiliation
Unless expressly stated, The Injury Brief is not affiliated with or endorsed by a court, government agency, settlement administrator, manufacturer, defendant, medical provider, or bar association.
