Privacy Policy
Effective July 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how The Injury Brief (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with theinjurybrief.com (the “Site”).
Our current service
The current Site provides general consumer information. It does not include an online claim-intake form, evaluate potential cases, or route consumer calls.
Please do not email us medical records, diagnoses, Social Security numbers, financial information, attorney communications, or other sensitive claim information. Unsolicited emails to us are not privileged communications with a lawyer.

Technical and usage information
When you visit the Site, our hosting and security providers may process routine technical information such as your Internet Protocol address, browser and device type, operating system, pages visited, referring page, date and time of access, approximate location derived from an IP address, and security or server-log information.
The initial Site does not intentionally use advertising pixels, third-party analytics, session replay, or cross-site behavioral advertising cookies. Technologies necessary to deliver, secure, and maintain the Site may still be used.

Sale and targeted-advertising sharing
We do not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Before introducing compensated consumer connections, advertising pixels, remarketing, or another practice that changes this statement, we will update this Policy and provide any legally required notice, consent, or opt-out mechanism.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including responding to communications, maintaining security records, satisfying legal obligations, and resolving disputes.
